The Importance of Giving, With Victor Cozzone

March 07, 2018
To demonstrate his commitment to his community in Chester County, Pennsylvania, Victor Cozzone serves on the board of an organization called “Preparing Adolescents with Autism for Adult Life,” better known as PAAL. Since 2006, PAAL has served as a specialty secondary-educational program designed to prepare adolescents who have moderate to severe autism with the tools they need to be successful with an independent life. The primary goal of PAAL is to teach autistic young adults between the ages of 14 and 21 anything they need to become important participants in the community.

No matter where he finds himself in his career, a hallmark of Victor Cozzone’s career has to be his attitude. That is because Victor believes strongly that a person’s attitude has more to do with their success than anything else. As is the case for very successful people, Victor made sure he had enough education going in. He obtained a degree in Finance from Winthrop University. However, he also values the education he received from his experience. That level of education makes clear that Victor Cozzone believes every individual has ultimate control over their attitude and their success.
